Helping High-Achievers Move From Pressure to Purpose
Most high-performers don’t struggle with effort or intelligence—they struggle with staying present, navigating uncertainty, and making decisions that truly align with their values.
PTP Strategic Performance Advisors was created to offer a dynamic, impact-driven space for high-achieving individuals to move beyond burnout, overthinking, and reactive decision making into purposeful action.
We combine strategic coaching, solution-focused therapy, and ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help clients lead with clarity—and live with depth.
Whether you’re navigating leadership pressure, a personal crossroads, or the silent weight of relational strain, we work at the intersection of performance, emotion, and identity.
This isn’t just about what you do. It’s about how you show up—in your work, your relationships, and your life.
