PTP was born out of that gap. Our founder, a former collegiate athlete, spent years in corporate finance winning on paper while losing touch with purpose, and turned that experience into a mission. Today we are a growing team of counselors who know what pressure feels like from the inside, bringing strategic clarity and real care to leaders, athletes, and families across the Houston area.
