Hi, I'm TJ.
Therapist. Husband. Father. Former Athlete. Finance Guy Turned Mental Health Pro.
I know the weight of pressure firsthand. For nearly a decade, I worked in corporate finance. Helping organizations of all sizes grow their bottom line while quietly losing touch with my own sense of purpose. On paper, it looked like success. Inside, it felt hollow.
That’s why I became a therapist.
At PTP, I work with busy families and ambitious teams who carry a lot (pressure, expectations, disconnection) and want to feel connected. My work is grounded in existential and ACT principles, helping people face life’s uncertainty, clarify what truly matters, and take committed action toward it.
My approach is authentic, curious, and deeply human. It’s not about fixing what’s “broken,” but making room for what’s real. Learning to hold pain without being defined by it, and turning pressure into purposeful movement.
As a husband and father, I understand the tension between ambition and presence. How easy it is to chase progress while losing connection. As a former athlete, I value discipline, but I believe real strength is adaptability: showing up as you are and adjusting in real time. As a former finance guy, I bring strategic clarity to complex human challenges.
At PTP, we don’t just talk about change. We embrace it. Purposefully. Imperfectly. Together.

Hi, I'm Linda.
Therapist-in-Training. Mom. Bilingual Educator. Community Builder.
I know the power of connection firsthand.
For more than six years, I worked as a bilingual educator in Clear Creek ISD, where I had the privilege of teaching, mentoring, and building bridges with families. Along the way, I was honored as Teacher of the Year at Brookwood Elementary (2021–2022) and received the Thank a Teacher Spotlight Award from the City of Webster in 2022.
That path led me here.
At PTP, I work with families and communities who want to grow stronger together. My approach is relational, adaptive, and grounded in real life — because lasting change happens when people feel understood and supported.
As a mom, I understand the realities families face in balancing work, school, and life. As a bilingual educator, I bring the ability to connect across cultures and languages. As a community leader, I’ve designed programs that bring people together. And as a therapist-in-training, I bring curiosity, care, and a commitment to helping families thrive.
